The Restoration of Dunleary Lifeboat and Supporting Bogeys

As we embark on the restoration journey of the Dunleary, we’re excited to announce that phase 1 will involve not only the lifeboat itself but also the restoration of the old slipway bogeys. These bogeys will eventually be used to display the lifeboat, so it’s essential that we get them in top condition too! Additionally, we’ll be constructing a new steel supporting frame that will be incorporated within the bogeys to ensure safe public exhibition. We’re committed to making this project as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved, and we can’t wait to see the finished product!
